This is your chance to work in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shine.** **Job Description:** + Keep our aircraft in top-notch condition with required maintenance. + Swiftly and aggressively fix known issues to maintain airworthiness. + Proactively identify innovative ways to keep our fleet operable. + Reactively resolve issues with the crew promptly and efficiently. + Monitor and track aircraft efficiency and operation during flights. + Ensure compliance with all FAA maintenance regulations and laws. + Collaborate with the crew to resolve technical issues. + Maintain organized maintenance records and documentation. **Essential Skills** + A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an A&P Mechanic + 2+ years of corporate experience + Must have experience Legacy 600, ERJ 135, or Learjet aircraft + Airframe and Powerplant License + Proficiency in aviation software and maintenance management systems. + Knowledge of MS Word and Excel. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good tenure in previous roles. + A personal set of tools is required. **Why Work Here?** We offer a highly competitive salary along with health, dental, and vision insurance options. Flexibility is key, as location and shift may change frequently. Travel to SDL, PHX, and other locations in Arizona is necessary depending on where the charter plane is based. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
