The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll wear many hats, assist with estimating, and support project delivery from start to finish. You'll have the opportunity to grow with the company, learn across multiple areas of construction management, and contribute to both operational and strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do
Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications
Generate quantity take-offs and preliminary estimates
Prepare scopes of work and bid packages for subcontractors
Assist in creating project budgets and tracking financials
Attend design meetings with architects and interior designers
Support project management tasks across multiple projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are maintained
Collaborate with owners, architects, designers, and trade partners to ensure project goals are met
Contribute ideas to refine processes and improve efficiency company-wide
What Success Looks Like
Deliver accurate take-offs, estimates, and budgets on time
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and project teams
Support smooth project execution from design to completion
Become a trusted partner to leadership and help shape the company's growth

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $70,000$-90,000 (DOE)
50% premium for group health insurance after 6 months
