JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Customer Service representative to join our growing team! The right candidate will have previous experience and strong attention to detail. The day-to-day duties of this role include greeting clients, answering phones, building relationships and setting appointments. We are looking for someone that has people skills and warm and likable personality. Responsibilities * Work closely and effectively with clients and supervisors * Shuttle driver/parking vehicles/bank run and post office * Coordinates with parts and advisors to ensure an excellent client experience. * Process all paperwork to ensure proper documentation and to verify criteria * Stays abreast of all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures * Establish and build positive relationships with clients * Review every repair clients service needs and contact them with reminders and set appointments * Provide a weekly report to the service manager regarding calls and concerns * Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees, or customers Qualifications
