Position Summary
The Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) serves as the primary support partner for assigned franchise locations, helping owners run more successful, efficient, and customer-focused businesses.
FBC's are expected to be responsive, well-versed in multiple areas of business operations, and proactive in identifying both challenges and opportunities. Their goal is to improve system-wide performance by helping franchisees succeed locally.
