General Maintenance and Repair Technician
Monday through Friday: 7:00 am until 3:30 pm
Pay: $20 - $22/hour
Location: Overland Park, KS
No C2C, H1B, or Sponsorship
Main tasks they will be doing:
Paint and set up classrooms and conference rooms for events.
Move Furniture for new carpet placement
Pulling weeds/mulching/planting/trimming
Hauling out trash and recycling
Fixing items such as furniture, etc.
Basic plumbing
Some cleaning as needed after projects
Requested Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED. 2. One year experience in any skilled crafts area. Associate degree or vocational school certification may be substituted for required experience. 3. Experience using basic power tools, hand tools, and cleaning equipment. 4. Ability to apply reason to solve problems independently, as evidenced in application materials and previous experience. 5. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision 6. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
