We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area. **Position Details:** + **Facility:** BayCare Health System, Private Duty + **Location:** Pinellas County + **Status:** Per Visit, hourly + **Shift Hours:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM + **Weekend Work:** Every 3rd weekend + **On Call:** No **Home Health Aide** key responsibilities: + As part of the patient care team, works under the guidance and supervision of the staff nurse in providing personal care to the patients + Follows the patient's plan of care for completion of tasks assigned to a home health aide by the registered nurse or other appropriate skilled professional + Maintains an open communication process with the patient, representative (if any), caregivers, and family + Demonstrates competency with assigned tasks + Complies with infection prevention and control policies and procedures + Reports changes in the patient's condition + Honors patient rights **Required Certifications and Licensures:** + **CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA certification from accredited 75-hour program** + **Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)** + **BLS (Basic Life Support)** **Education:** + **Preferred:** High School Diploma or equivalent **Experience:** + **Preferred 1 year Home Care** We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to providing opportunities for Veterans and individuals with disabilities. **Position** Home Health Aide Per Visit - Private Duty **Location** Largo | Clinical | PRN **Req ID** null
