Join us! **About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking Loan Servicing Representatives to join the Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) Insurance Claims team in our Operations group. This team provides assistance to customers with GAP insurance who have suffered a total loss to their vehicle. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com. **In this role, you will:** + Support a variety of loan servicing tasks, including reviewing loan origination and insurance documents, processing GAP claim packets, customer informational letters, and following up on the GAP claim for payment + Identify opportunities to improve loan servicing process within established procedures + Provide excellent customer service at all points of contact + Manage a pipeline of work to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met + Compile all necessary documents related to GAP claims, which may include but are not limited to purchase orders, GAP contracts, insurance documents, customer account transaction history, vehicle invoice, etc. + Respond to moderate to complex written and phone inquiries from customers, GAP administrators, dealerships, and internal business partners, related to various loan servicing functions + Regularly receive direction from Loan Servicing managers + Provide guidance to less experienced peers and support partners + Use relevant information and independent judgment to perform administrative, transactional, operational, and/or customer support tasks Wells Fargo only considers candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who do not require work visa sponsorship from Wells Fargo now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. **Required Qualifications:** + 2+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience in the automotive industry + Financial and/or Insurance industry experience + Customer service focus and the ability to effectively address and resolve customer issues + Strong telephone etiquette skills with the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls + Ability to collaborate and negotiate with customers, GAP administrators, dealerships, and internal business partners as needed + Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of work from assignment to completion + Intermediate Microsoft Office skills + Proven analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems + Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and the ability to meet deadlines + Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Ability to work effectively in a team environment **Job Expectations:** + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship + Willingness to work onsite at location listed + Ability to work additional hours as needed + This position may offer a hybrid work schedule + Relocation assistance is not available for this position + Ability to work additional hours as needed **Position Location:** + 2501 S Price Road - Chandler, Arizona 85286 **Posting End Date:** 22 Jul 2025 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
