GENERAL SUMMARY:
Established company with a large part of the U.S. market share in what they manufacture at their plant located in southwest suburban Atlanta has an opportunity for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager is a critical role within our manufacturing plant and supports our production team to drive production while maintaining high standards for safety, quality and efficiency standards. Maintenance Manager will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be proficient with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools. They should also have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to work under pressure.
Oversees the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the organization’s facilities and equipment through planning, coordinating, and directing all maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability and minimize unexpected downtime. Manage installations and enforce an effective PM program to achieve world class waste and downtime goals. Maintain budget guidelines and environmental compliance. Develop maintenance procedures, manage capital projects and ensure all compliance guidelines are met. Define project scope of work, and ensure it is completed in its entirety before signing off.
