Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of mechanical construction projects , including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. This role assists the Project Manager in coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors, processing RFIs and submittals, and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mechanical systems and is eager to grow within a dynamic project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and material deliveries
• Support preconstruction activities and project closeout
• Attend project meetings and maintain detailed reports

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in mechanical or commercial construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
