Family Law Paralegal

Compensation: $75,000 – $110,000

Location: Bellevue, WA Hybrid – 3 days in-office after 90 days

LHH is conducting a highly confidential search for a law firm who seeks a seasoned Family Law Paralegal to support a single-attorney practice focused on high net worth divorce and domestic violence cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full litigation and trial support in family law matters
• Handle high net worth divorce and domestic violence cases
• Collaborate with the attorney to develop and implement improved case processes (non-billable, during the first 6 months)
• Assist in clearing a backlog of files with a focus on organization and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in family law
• Significant trial support and domestic violence case experience
• Highly organized and able to manage a solo paralegal caseload
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented
