About Us:
Open Range is a multidisciplinary design-build firm dedicated to creating warm, refined, and livable spaces across hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors. We believe that great design begins with collaboration and thoughtful attention to detail—from concept through construction.

We’re offering a summer internship opportunity for a passionate interior design student or recent graduate to work directly with our Principal of Design and Senior Interior Designer.

What You’ll Do:
As an interior design intern, you’ll support the design team with key organizational and vendor-facing tasks, helping our studio stay inspired and efficient. Responsibilities include:

• Overhauling the design library: Reorganizing materials, updating vendor resources, and archiving outdated samples
  
  
• Meeting with reps and vendors: Sitting in on rep presentations and building relationships with product reps
  
  
• Vendor coordination: Communicating with vendors to order samples, track deliveries, and maintain up-to-date product information
  
  
• Assisting with light administrative or studio-related tasks as needed
  
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A current student or recent graduate in Interior Design or a related field
  
  
• Strong organizational skills and a love of materials and finishes
  
  
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
  
  
• A professional demeanor when interacting with vendors and reps
  
  
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a design-driven environment
  
  

Position Details:

• Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 15–25 hours/week)
  
  
• Duration: 4–8 weeks (1–2 months)
  
  
• Pay: $15/hour
  
  
• Work Location: Primarily in-office, with occasional vendor visits or meetings
