As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact while developing your skills in a dynamic setting. **Position Type: Part Time** **Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Fri11:00 PM - 07:30 AM Sat11:00 PM - 07:30 AM **What You'll Do:** + Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites + Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education + Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams + Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service + Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter.
