Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly Hourly Pay: $27.00 Per Hour Base Pay Plus Additional $1 for Every 3 Certifications/Endorsements Overtime Paid After 40 Hours Hours Per Week: 40 + hours per week Per Diem Pay: $50.00 per night Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel or Sleeper Paid Travel Sign On Bonus: Pays you $250 at 30 days and $250 at 90 days Tenure Bonus: Pays You $1000 each year you are with the company from Nov. 1- to Oct. 31 Paid Training Schedule: Monday - Friday - Must be Flexible Shift: Varies based on account Trucks are three years or newer. Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck. All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities. Deliver SOLO To: Western 11 States Route: Regional OTR Tractor Type: Day cab or Sleeper, Straight Truck Trailer Type: Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed 28', 48', 53' Equipment: Electric Pallet Jack Flatbed 6 months Experience Required and Doubles - 3 months Experience Required Hazmat Preferred Able to accept automatic restrictions.
