As Water Ecosystem Support Field Service Technician, you will provide both remote and on-site technical support for SonicPure customers and dealers. This hands-on role includes troubleshooting, repairs, and installations, as well as developing strong customer relationships and ensuring systems operate at peak performance. The position requires a solid technical foundation, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to travel globally as needed.
Provide remote customer and dealer support to resolve technical issues, installations, and general maintenance needs.
Perform on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and installations at customer locations.
Escalate and address complex technical issues while implementing effective troubleshooting solutions.
Build rapport and trust with customers, dealers, and internal staff.
Log customer issues, track progress and trends, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
Document tickets through closure, including notes, photos, and parts used.
Monitor equipment performance using telemetry reporting systems; develop tracking reports and performance alerts.
Offer after-hours technical support as needed.
Assist in assembling equipment and supporting production staff with technical problem-solving.
Identify opportunities to enhance product offerings and improve service delivery.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including:
Experience with customer support software, databases, and ticketing systems.
Valid driver's license and passport; authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work outdoors on boats/docks, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to travel 25-50%, including international travel as needed.
Salary $55,000+ based on experience, plus performance bonus.
